These are the terms this website runs under. The terms of an actual piece of work are the ones printed on your quotation - they are written into the document itself when it is issued, so the version you accepted is the version that binds both of us, whatever this page says later.
Nothing here is a price
Budget bands, fabric ranges and lead times on this site are indicative. A price exists only once we have issued you a numbered quotation, and it holds for the period stated on that document.
Made to your windows
Everything we make is cut to the measurements of your openings and cannot be resold. Once fabric has been cut, an order cannot be cancelled and the deposit is not refundable. Nothing in this paragraph affects your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
Photographs
Every image in the gallery is our own work, and it goes up only with the client’s agreement. Please do not reuse them.
The site itself
We keep it up and accurate, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Links to other sites are not endorsements of them.
