Privacy

This page says what we collect, why we collect it and how long we keep it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible.

What we collect

• What you type into a form. The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email, the area you live in and - if you give it - the address we would come to measure. It also holds the room and window details you enter, which is the whole point of it.
• Photographs you send us. Pictures of your rooms, attached to the quote form or sent over WhatsApp.
• Your email address, if you subscribe to the list.

We do not run analytics, advertising tags or third-party trackers on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to. The admin area sets one cookie, and only for whoever runs this business.

Why we hold it

To quote for your work, to turn up at the right address on the right day, to make things to the right sizes, and to invoice and receipt what you pay. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the database and the uploaded photographs.
• Resend sends the emails - your quotation, your invoice and your receipt.

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not put photographs of your home in the gallery without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted after two years. Quotations, invoices and receipts are kept for six years, because tax records have to be. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it - except the invoices and receipts we are required to keep. Write to hello@kddreamspace.com and a person will answer.
